Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

All physical product orders will be processed & shipped from our warehouse within 3 business days. All orders placed after 3pm est will be processed the following business day.

Domestic Orders

  • US orders over $75 are free
  • Orders under $75 have a flat rate of $5.99
  • There will be additional costs if expedited shipping is selected (those costs will be displayed on the cart before you complete your purchase)

Canada & Mexico

  • Orders with standard shipping are $9.99 
  • There will be additional costs for orders over 0.25 kg (those costs will be displayed on the cart before you complete your purchase)
  • There will be additional costs if expedited shipping is selected (those costs will be displayed on the cart before you complete your purchase)

International Orders

  • Orders with standard shipping are $11.99
  • There will be additional costs for orders over 0.25 kg (those costs will be displayed on the cart before you complete your purchase)
  • There will be additional costs if expedited shipping is selected (those costs will be displayed on the cart before you complete your purchase)

The customer is liable for any applicable taxes or duties, as we do not collect them. We recommend customers look into their country/local tax and duties policies as they vary.

It is the customer's responsibility to know if their country's Customs Department permits the shipment of our products and what the duties or tariffs may be upon delivery. We can not provide a refund for the shipping of any package if the customer refuses it due to the imposed taxes or duties. If the order is seized by customs for any reason and it is not returned to us, we cannot issue a refund.

Returns

Refunds are accepted within 60 days of the purchase date. All products must be returned for a full refund. Customers must include their full name, email address that was used for the purchase, and order number for their return to be processed. Refunds will not be issued in the absence of the above information. Shipping costs are at the customer's expense. It is recommended customers maintain a record of their tracking number should it be required for proof of return. A refund will be issued once the product is received. Refunds do not include shipping or handling charges.
